Mijn NN Zakelijk has been developed as a co-creation with advisers and employers. We worked with them to identify how we can improve user-friendliness. That's what we've adapted the new management portal to. We are gradually introducing a single management portal for all our pension and income products, i.e. for the whole employee benefits package. General insurance and healthcare products will follow.

It is important that you take action on the following points:
In Mijn NN Zakelijk you start with a clean slate. For existing customers, this means that updates and mutations you have submitted in your current portal will not be transferred to your new management portal. The current account statements will also not be transferred.
We will store your update and financial history securely in our records. You can also save the mutation history yourself.
In Mijn NN Zakelijk, there is one single main user. When converting existing customers, we will consult with you in advance who the main user should be. For new customers, we only link the specified contact person to the new management portal.
The main user can create and delete accounts for others. This means you have control over access and that offers security.
