When you take out a collective income insurance policy or agree a collective pension plan with Nationale-Nederlanden as a business owner or employer, we set up an account for logging in to ‘Mijn NN Zakelijk’. We only assign an account to the Access Manager you have designated. He/she is authorized to create accounts for other colleagues in your company.

Note: we do not yet have a personal ‘Mijn NN’ environment available for holders of non-life insurance policies.
As the designated Access Manager, you have all the permissions required for creating an account for a colleague. Log in to ‘Mijn NN Zakelijk’, select ‘Instellingen’ (Settings) and create an account for a colleague.
Note: if you log in for ‘Inkomen Services Online’ (Income Services Online) or ‘Pensioen Administratie Online’ (Pension Administration Online), you will not be able to create extra accounts yourself.
If you are a company employee and require access to the company’s data and data relating to your colleagues and other employees, please ask your Access Manager to create an account for you.
