Prospectus beleggingsfondsen
Wat is een prospectus?
In het prospectus staat informatie waarmee je een beeld krijgt van de beleggingsfondsen die beleggingsinstellingen aanbieden. Het prospectus is een wettelijk vereist document. De AFM (Autoriteit Financiële Markten) keurt het prospectus goed.
Wat staat er in een prospectus voor een beleggingsfonds?
In het prospectus lees je:
- de mogelijke risico's die we lopen als we beleggen in een fonds.
- hoe de fondsbeheerder beleggingsfondsen koopt en verkoopt.
- de manier waarop de fondsbeheerder de waarde van het beleggingsfonds vaststelt of wijzigt.
- de rente of vergoeding aan Nationale-Nederlanden. En hoe we de rente of vergoeding vaststellen of wijzigen.
- de activiteiten, de organisatiestructuur en de financiële informatie van de aanbieder van het beleggingsfonds.
